Terms of Service

The service
Aurex provides software for cataloguing and managing collections — asset records, valuations, documents, maintenance, and scoped sharing. You retain all rights to the content you store; we need only the limited license required to host and display it to the people you authorize.
Your account
You are responsible for your credentials and for the people you invite into your vault. Roles you assign (admin, member, viewer, vendor) determine what those people can see and do; review them carefully.
Subscriptions & trials
Paid plans are billed by Stripe on a monthly or annual cycle after a 14-day free trial. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing page. If a payment fails, access becomes read-only after a grace period — your records are never deleted over a billing lapse.
Not advice
Valuations, AI-suggested comparable sales, and portfolio figures are informational records of your own data and public sources. They are not appraisals, investment advice, or insurance valuations, and should not be relied on as such.
Acceptable use
Don't use Aurex to store unlawful content, to violate others' rights, or to probe or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that put other customers' data at risk.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding it.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be announced by email or in the application before they take effect.
