Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account information you provide (name, email address, password), the content you store in your vault (asset records, photos, documents, valuations, service history, and related data), billing information handled by our payment processor, and limited technical data (such as log and error information) needed to operate the service.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, process subscriptions, send transactional email (such as invitations and receipts), and diagnose failures. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the contents of your vault for advertising.
AI features
When you use AI-assisted features (such as comparable-sales search), the relevant asset descriptions are sent to our AI provider to fulfill that request. Results are stored as suggestions in your vault until you approve or dismiss them. Vault contents are not used to train AI models.
Who else touches your data
We rely on a small set of processors to run Aurex: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Vercel (application hosting), Stripe (payments — your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch Aurex servers), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (AI features), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each receives only what is necessary for its function.
Sharing you control
Vault data is visible only to the people you invite, at the role you assign — members, viewers, and vendors each see only what their role permits. Vendors never see financial information such as valuations, insurance, or ownership records.
Cookies
We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. There are no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Retention & deletion
Your records remain available while your account is active, including in read-only mode after a lapsed subscription. You may request deletion of your account and vault at any time by writing to us; we will delete data not otherwise required for legal or accounting obligations.
